Please be advised that third-party payment with a credit/debit card through the Internet is possible for individuals other than the cardholder. However, for security reasons, the cardholder may be contacted by email to verify the credit card used at the airport or a nearby Ethiopian ticket office for in-person verification.

In countries where Ethiopian does not have a ticket office or general sales agent for card verification, cardholders can authorize third-party payment by filling out the credit card authorization form.
